To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

All footwear and accessories trademarks are property of their respective owners. We, at coastalboot.com, may send important electronic correspondance that includes but it's not limited to offers, order status, and account information. All orders that enter our system won't get processed on holidays, weekends, or during end of year festivities. If you place an order before 10:00AM EST, your order will process the same day. If you place an order after 10:00AM EST, your order will process on the next business day. UPS and Snap-On Franchisee account numbers, if applicable, must be entered at checkout once.
If you fail to enter your UPS account even though you entered "Charge My UPS Account", we'll call you within 24hr to gather your credit card information. As a result, your order will be delayed. Any UPS account past due is delinquent account. Accounts found delinquent will be charged a "late payment fee". Credit card on customer's file will be used to pay any "shipping fees" and "late fees" after 30 days. CoastalBoot.com reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products on its website at any time without prior notice. Once CoastalBoot.com accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to available inventories. Should an item not be available, we kindly ask you to try back again or visit our retail store in Pompano Beach, FL.
